“You would think organizing a relatively normal-sized kitchen is something a responsible adult should be able to do on her own. And I tried. Multiple times. I even bought a ginormous piece of IKEA furniture to help. Yet, the place was never under control, despite having constant help at home. I could never really find anything quickly and things got messy so fast. I finally gave in and called the professionals. In my mind, I expected it would take 2-3 weeks for it to be somewhat better. Leydi came in, measured everything in a couple of hours, talked to me about our family habits and that was it. She ordered everything, came back a week later, and changed our lives. Everything now has a logical place. The kids know where everything is and should be. Everyone knows where to put stuff. We know what we have and don’t end up buying 6 extra cans of sardines. For the first 3 months after, we baked cookies almost every weekend because it was so easy to find everything and clean up after (but let’s get real, that eventually got old). But you get the point. Since then, Leydi has done our playroom, our kids bedrooms, the linen closet and my walk-in bathroom. All have been similar life-changing experiences. I was at my mental wits end after trying to organize for twin girls' rooms for 3 years. I knew I had to do something but a room is so personal so was concerned how a stranger would be able to get it and keep the individual spirit and character in the room. After chatting and meeting with Leydi it was clear she understood how to do it and keep it personalized. It was important to me that a feminine design was incorporated and it wasn't just a bunch or plastic bins. She did a great job of creating systems and creating a nice aesthetic.
